RTS WEEKLY STOCK TAKE AND SEND COLLECTION EMAIL-Guide for JJ Sydney Staff
This task is done on a weekly basis to check what overdue items we have for return and to get action sheet to advise suppliers to pick up goods
sometimes goods have been returned without CPO being signed off but we need to keep the RTS sheet clear
PROCESS
Make sure all CPO are processed
Confirm what the "overdue cut of date is "
if item is
older than overdue date on stocktake form
still on RTS Masterlist but not on the stocktake form
then it would have been picked up for return by supplier or sent on a courier without the CPO being signed
in this case we simply cut these to RTS completed tab and in signed column mark as NO SIGNED CPO
