 CUT SECTIONS SHEET IS ATTACHED TO THIS DOC

NOTE DISMANTLERS ARE PAID ON TIME BASIS FOR DOING CUT SECTIONS i.e the extra time it took to do section over and above normal points for the car

IF SELLING SECTION TO PRIVATE/OTHER YARD OR NON PREFERRED SMASH REPAIR

Sales staff sell section as described section I.E FRONT END ASSYOR BODYSHELL

 Sales to Note clearly which section is being sold i.e nose cut, half cut, complete vehicle ,chassis

Minimum price we sell section that needs to be cut especially is $330

We may do rad support cheaper that we are cutting while dismantling car,

this is effected if we can easily cut off without removing engine

IF COUNTER CUSTOMER SALESPERSON TO MARK OUT SECTION WITH PURCHASER AND TICK OFF PARTS AS REQUIRED AND MARK ON SECTIONS SHEET

IF SELLING TO OFFSITE CUSTOMER SALES TO ASK CUSTOMER TO TAKE IMAGE AND MARK WHERE SECTION IS TO BE CUT OR SALES TO ARRANGE FOR BUYER TO FILL IN CUT SECTION SHEET

SALESMAN TO SHOW DISMANTLER EXACTLY WHERE ITEMS ARE CUT

SALESPERSON TO USE CORRECT INSERT ON SALES INVOICE

Clearly state on invoice

“sold body section in as is condition  with no warranty

This section maybe  unable to be reregistered as a complete vehicle ,

this section may may have been a statutory write off and it is the purchasers responsibility to ensure it is suitable for use as parts

SECTIONS MUST BE PREPAID FOR BEFORE THEY ARE CUT AND ONCE CUT WILL ONLY BE KEPT FOR 7 DAYS

ITS THE LAW THAT When selling body section each of the prescribed items if sold with the section must be noted as a separate item on the invoice,                                               (not just referred to in comments )

MAJOR BODY SECTIONS –I.E FRONT CUT,SIDE CUT,1/4 CUT,REAR CUT

INVOICE WILL HAVE PRESCRIBED ITEMSENTRY NUMBER FOR EACH PRESCRIBED PART

i.e if selling front and bonnet is badly damaged {cant be used}then no need to note on invoice

WHEN SELLING PART MUST HAVE CUSTOMERS DETAILS INCLUDING CUSTOMERS ID I.E DETAILS OF PHOTO ID

CAN STILL AS CASH ACCOUNT BUT ADD CUSTOMERS DETAILS TO INVOICE

SELLING SECTION

If car already dismantled and we will scrap car after cutting off section

Operations  physically checks car

Checks remaining parts to be removed (T21 report)and arranges dismantler to remove parts as required

dismantler –

meets with sales person at the car and marks together where car is to be cut

removes parts as per storeman’s list

loose parts (unless sold) are removed from body shell

takes body shell to front or puts in location ,if in location advises storeman of location and that job is complete   

if car not dismantled

storeman arranges car to be dismantled

if car was marked as keep car

storeman may redo pdr as we now be possibly scrapping car after dismantling  

inventory staff  does new pdr and arranges for dismantler to dismantle

dismantler –

meets with sales person at the car and marks together where car is to be cut

SELLING BODY SHELLS

OPERATIONS 

IF selling body shell

make sure 3 images of car (front and back & interior front to back) is taken by  before goods picked up by customer ,this image is attached to mvr

REPRINT THE MVR LABEL AND USE SAMSUNG CAMERA TO DO THIS 

SALES 

Minimum price we sell body shell for is $250  OCTOBER 2013

Sales to arrange with operations to have images taken before item dispatched

OPERATIONS 

ARRANGES STAFF TO LOAD CARRIER WHEN SELLING BODY SHELL
