UTE BACKS CANOPYS -Guide for storeman @ JJ


Canopys/Ute Back  after being dismantled are located at back of warehouse on large pallet by dismantlers 
it is storemans task to prepare for imaegs , do quality check , take images and locate canopies /ute backs 


SET UP /PRE TRAINING 
Need to be able to
use apps camera and save images to pinnacle ( see seperate guide how to do this ) 
drive high reach forklift to stack 3 high if required 


TOOLS REQUIRED
Need camera 
Needs images app camera - so can scan tag and add images 
card tag - to note details 

TASK STEPS 
Canopys./Ute backs will be located in allocated spot 
Canopys./Ute backs should be on large pallet already -If not see guIde in FAQ 
Canopies /Ute backs should have tag sticker on the item - If not see guIde in FAQ 
Clean out any Rubbish so will be more attractive in sales images 


Canopies should have bolts - brackets - look closely  for them if you cant find -make sure these are secured properly so we dont lose them

MEASUREMENTS   ( FOR UTE BACKS ONLY , NOT CANOPY ) -nOTE ON TAG 
Take measurements in MM of 
width of ute back 
length of ute back 
height of head board ( the frame behind cab ) 


IMAGES ( these are important to sell the business and the item - no mess in the background ) 
Have in clear open area , have the item on the ground 
UTE BACK

IMAGES scan bar code and save images into pinnacle 
the images sell the item - make them look attractive and clear 
show any items so buyer is confident to purchase 

For canopy and  ute back 
images from all 4 angles

If pull out trundle tray - take image of this extended and close up of this closed

These are usually located on highest rack 
do safety check make sure secure on pallet

--confirm description is correct 

Put this tag on operations spike once done so operations manager can enter in details

FAQ 
What if canopy/ute back isnt on pallet ??
- advise operations manager in writing 
i.e
simple note
stock number xxx , isnt on pallet and leave it and dont do until dismantler sorts this 


What if canopy/ute back does have tag /sticker?  
- advise operations manager in writing 
i.e simple note 
stock number xxx , does have tag sticker and leave it and dont do until dismantler sorts this
