ADD NEW STOCKS FROM ITEMS AUTO UPLOADED TO V2 TABLE





We do this task the next morning after new items were auto uploaded last night


1. Download the eBay report from Pinnacle and save to excel by doing the steps below. This is the list of items auto uploaded from night before.

Pinnacle > Sales > Reports > eBay Parts Report


2. Copy the stock numbers and paste at the bottom of this Google sheet 

3. In Google sheet, go to Add-ons > Remove Duplicates > Find Duplicates then just click on Next and close at the end of prompt screen.

4. Remove the rows of stock numbers that are highlighted

5. Add a date in column C

6. Note the number new stocks that were added in the list.

7. Sort the stock number order (column A)

8. Delete the duplicate copy of the sheet that was automatically created when you ran the find duplicates.
