ADDING NEW INTERCHANGE
Login to IC Editor - https://oznet.actual-systems.com/iceditor/secure/icList
Select ADD NEW INTERCHANGE tab
Select appropriate:
MODEL (MAKE): from drop down list
PART: from drop down list
IC NUMBER: enter in IC number, letter should starts with J (make sure it's in CAPITALS), select a random number of 5 digits. Wait for system to check if this number is matched with another number, IC no. should be unique unless part is the same with other model.
DESCRIPTION: this is supplied by Thyn or Jose, just copy paste description from e-mail
LIST PRICE ($): leave as zero
LEFT/RIGHT: leave as N/A
START YEAR: select start year displayed from DESCRIPTION
END YEAR: select end year displayed from DESCRIPTION, or this will be mentioned in email if this is still in current year
FUEL TYPE/GEAR BOX TYPE (NOT WORKING)/GEARS/DOORS/DRIVE/ABS/BODYTYPE/POWER STEERING (DOES NOT WORK!)/ENGINE SIZE AND CYLINDERS: leave as is
SHOULD THIS RECORD YEAR FIELD UPDATED NEXT YEAR?: select YES if part is still current
SAVE: click SAVE when done
