ROOT INTERCHANGE - EDITING (Updated 13/05/16)

Sometimes we need to edit the interchange but its shown as root interchange and therefore cant be edited



To resolve this

1. Copy the root interchange line.  
This creates an interchange line that can be edited. 
If we use the same interchange number then users data won't be lost.



We delete the old existing root interchange line and edit the new interchange line as required.
