We need to scan and save the report to the link above.
We scan the TOW REPORT (always put this as the first page) and the PDR together.
1. Ensure that the document is not stapled, load up the scanner and press the blue button
2. Click Finish Scanning and select, scan to FOLDER- CARS TO ENTER INTO PINNACLE SCANNED FOLDERS - SAVE TO THE APPROPIATE FOLDER FOR THAT MONTH
3. Change the name of the article to the vehicle stock number and model
4. Copy from the folder on the desktop to the google drive
write on bottom of the tow sheet - scanned , your name and date
once dont staple tow sheet to manilla folder
staple PDR back together and put inside manilla folder in car box
Send email to support@jjautoparts.com.au and tell them that you have cars to be entered
