Go to PINNACLE - MANAGEMENT - ACCOUNTING REPORTS A5
You will be brought to the A5 screen
Go to DETAIL tab, type CAP in FILTER, click on SEARCH then click on PRINT LIST
Then SAVE TO EXCEL
Open the sheet you saved and copy and paste DATE, CUSTOMER, DESCRIPTION and NOT ON STATEMENT column to the MANUAL ENTRY SHEET INPUT CREDITS TAB
Transfer the ones with INVOICE to the INPUT INVOICES TAB
Look up the MEMBER NO per customer in PINNACLE CUSTOMER DETAILS F3 and add it onto the column. Do for all customers til finished.
Make sure TOTALS are correct
Save per tab as CSV and send to farran.avia@capricorn.coop
