After we have purchased a car we will mark the car in bid buddy as Won

DO ON THE SAME DAY INVOICE IS RECEIVED AND USE ANYDESK PC THAT SAYS BID BUDDY ADMIN COMPUTER

Why do we do this ?

The new bid buddy update means that these cars will show as being pending for in stock and the bidding system knows that we have already purchased 1 item so it knows this when factoring in demand for next cars

i.e

if we need 3 engines for stock but we already purchased one car yesterday with that engine , then the system will calculate that we now need 2 only as one is pending in stock

GETTING TOTAL VAL AND SUGGESTED BID IN BID BUDDY 

OPEN Bid Buddy and select Load Existing.

Select the Auction company that you wish to extract.

 Click on Short Summary

Tick the following and click OK

COLUMN L = TOTAL VAL

COLUMN M = SUGGESTED BID

FAQ

Question: What amount to enter if cars arent listed on BidBuddy for the projected sales amount 

Answer: Use $2500 as default amount

Question: What if car isn't shown on Bid Buddy ? 

Answer: Check the lot# on the bidding sheet in case wrongly invoiced.
