There are times that customer will just email directly to sales@jjautoparts.com.au for the parts they are inquiring about. In this case, we just have to respond to them as normal and add in the sales@jjautoparts.com.au in Cc for our copy.

  4. Parts not in stock

3. Requires more info. No need to ask for all of these info, just the required ones to match the part with different interchange in Pinnacle.
