END OF DAY REPORTING - ACCOUNTS TEAM GUIDES-UPDATED AUGUST 2017

Every team member is required to fill in report @ End of Day ,EVERY DAY 

This should be last task task on shift , it should be a simple task that takes less than 10 minutes 
THE REPORTING IS AS IMPORTANT AS THE TASK , IF THE REPORTING ISNT DONE , THEN ITS CONSIDERED THE TASK WASNT DONE 
WE COUNT TASKS COMPLETED THAT DAY ONLY

If you are behind on a KPI this should be noted in the comments issues section 

i.e cars KPI is that they are entered within 24 hours of receiving email 
and you are behind on this then this should be noted in end of day report with comment of your plan to get back to kpi target

If  Caplink report sent ,qty is 1 
If paypal report send quantity is 1 
If Both reports sent in that day qty is 2 
dont write caplink or paypal

Note how many Fresh accounts actioned that day 
If not resolved in that day is DOES NOT count to new day ,

CARS ENTERED INTO SYSTEM 
1 car in total - i.e from buyer@ email ,enter into XERO, pinnacle ,SMS driver and fill in Car Register 
Note just the quantity i.e if you entered in 9 cars , just notes as 9 , not 9 cars that way KP[I calculation can add up

Total Time Worked Today
This is the total time worked in minutes excluding break.
If you worked for a total of 8 hours then it will be 8 hrs x 60 mins so you should put 480 in your report.

KPIS 
The KPI has to equal the time worked , the KPIS is what we achieved according to the targets 

Calls is call time plus 2 minutes per call for wrap up time
