How to log a quote that's been verified

HOW TO LOG A QUOTE THATS BEEN VERIFIED & HOW TO SHOW IN QUOTE

QUOTES - As a default, we don't vin verify for all quotes (we do for orders through), although at times we would need to verify a part before we quote the customer, as there may be multiple types for this vehicle. 
ie. 2013 grand Cherokee door mirror 


In order to quote the customer correctly, we must verify the part. Even though its a quote, if we have verified the part we must note in the REGO/VIN and the status of the verify, so when customer wants to order, we are not asking for REGO/VIN or verifying the part again.
If we don't see any REGO/VIN in private notes, we assume not verified.

If not verified, but we have VIN, note customers  VIN - NOT VERIFIED in private notes,
so others are actioning your orders would know if verified or not.
ie

If  we only had to match the model & VIN, then note customers REGO/VIN only in private notes
ie. match as per pinnacle interchange description,

If we have verified it ourselves for the quote and matched by OEM number while doing the verify, then note customers REGO/VIN - OEM NUMBER in private notes 
ie. can tell IC number from OEM number

If we had to send quote to verify@ and verify@ gets back to us and is ok to send, we would note REGO/OEM NUMBER - SAME OK TO SEND
