HOW TO MANUALLY MARK THE ITEM AS PAID ON EBAY
The item will be marked as paid on eBay automatically if it was paid by customer on eBay using Paypla. However if customer sent the payment directly to our Paypal account, bank deposit/transfer or via credit card we will have to mark the item on eBay manually. Please note that Pinnacle will automatically create a work order after you mark the item on eBay as paid.
On the far right side of the eBay sale record, click on the drop down menu and select Mark As Payment Received then choose the Payment Method used and click on Confirm status.
If you don't see the Mark As Payment Received option above, go to the payment details by clicking on the total amount or the envelope with red x under total amount column.
Scroll down and put a tick on the box under Payment Information, add the date of payment and choose the payment method under Payment With drop down list.
The item should now be marked as paid on eBay and Pinnacle will create a work order in 30 mins to an hour or so.
