HOW TO SHARE FILES ON GOOGLE DOCS

Sharing Google docs is just almost the same with process on sharing files from Dropbox. To do that, please follow the steps below.

1. Once you have successfully created or uploaded a file on Google drive, you can share it to anyone just by follow the steps below. For the sample below we will only do eBay Parts Table.

2. Click on More button on the top then select Share...

3. When you create or upload a new file, it is set to Private as default. To add or share to other, just add their email address in the box below and choose the permission you want to give them like can edit, comment or just view then just click Share & Save. If you left the box ticked for Notify people via email, they will receive an email about the file you shared with the link/button to access it. Otherwise, you can juts copy and send them the link inside the box then hit Done once your finished.
