National Freight - how to add email address to account

Why add email address to an account in national freight ?
From Jan 2018 if email address is added to the account then buy will get email with details of tracking 
( note this tracking email has nothing to do with pinnacle tracking emails )

note - wait for address book to load in national freight system , this does take several minutes 
also after you add email address it does take a few minutes to save 

Note
customer must  have email address logged in national freight site when item booked for emails to work , so wont work for Ebay one off customers 
Some customer are added to national freight system multiple times , when adding  email address its best to " tidy up" these duplicated accounts 

This system is for regular customers who you want to provide the email address to for tracking
