PART STILL LISTED ON EBAY BUT NOT AVAILABLE IN PINNACLE

What should we do if the item is still listed on eBay but when you check it in Pinnacle its not there anymore?


ANSWER:

End the listing on eBay as soon as possible before it get sold. If we leave part listed on eBay even though we know that its not available, it can be sold anytime soon. And if that happens, we'll surely have an issue with customer specially if we don't have another one in stock.

To end the listing on eBay, just follow the steps below.


1. Go to the eBay listing and get the item number.




2. Click HERE to go to End My Listing Early page of eBay. Input the eBay item number in the box then click on Continue.




3. It may ask you to sign in again. If not, just continue with the next step.




4. Choose the reason then click on End My Listing button.




5. If there is an inquiry with that item, send a message to customer and apologize about what happened. If we have another one available, please have it listed on eBay if possible and provide customer the link or details.

6.REPORT THIS ITEM TO JJ EBAY MANAGER SO THEY CAN INVESTIGATE AS TO WHY THIS HAS HAPPENED .
