PAYPAL MONTHLY TASK

Needs access to PayPal Ebay account and PayPal Sales Sheet doc

PART 1 - GETTING DATA

Each time we sell an item and get paid via paypal , then paypal take a fee

Each month we reconcile and code this fee by transfering the previous months nett fees to paypal account

We fill this data in the bottom of the monthly transfer table

Format as per below

To get amount in Paypal site

REPORTS - FINANCIAL SUMMARIES - MONTHLY SALES

FEES - REFUNDED FEES = TRANSFER AMOUNT

Tell Matt once amount finalized

This amount Matt to

transfer from chq account to v2 paypal selling account

Transfer from v2 paypal selling account to paypal account

PART 2 - RECONCILIATION

Once done, amounts will appear in Xero

Debit amount in cheque to be reconciled as transfer to v2

Will then appear as this so just click OK

And the other debit under v2 to be reconciled as PayPal fees
