RETURN CARS TO AUCTION - WEEKLY TASK TO FOLLOW UP TO CHEKC CARS SALES STATUS

Cars sent to auction should be sold within 3 weeks of being sent to auction ( date sent to auction is shown in table column j )
if column j is blank it means car is not sent yet
if column k is blank, just leave it

STEPS
Check returned cars table
if car hasn't sold after 3 weeks then we contact seller and ask for status update
We continue to follow up each week
IF we haven't got email reply after 2 weeks then we follow up with call
If still not sold after 5 weeks then email buying manager to advise
