RMA (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) is the process of arranging carries to pick up returned goods
it is a fact we will have come returns so our goal is to do these as efficiently as possible and with as little as possible inconvenience to customer
HOW TO BOOK RMA –
Go to the Returns Authorisation Tab, and sort by contact so A is at the top, Z is at the bottom.Start from the top and work your way down with contact starting with AAA SAM PEDRO READYin the contact field write "BOOKED SAM PEDRO WITH THE DATE ITEM WAS BOOKED
In the the notes repeat this and save RMA
Print RMA and put underneath the RMA run sheet your about to fill outWe have seperate run sheet for Sam Pedro RMA, write RMA on top of sheet
