Once search result shows your vehicle, double click the vehicle

Select Generate PDR from option Box
There are 4 options
RWD/4WD -OLD PLUS 5 YEARS - This is for rear wheel drive or 4 wheel drive cars that are older than 5 years
FWD -OLD PLUS 5 YEARS - This is for Front wheel drive cars that are older than 5 years
RWD/4WD -5 YEARS AND NEWER- This is for rear wheel drive or 4 wheel drive cars that are 5 years or newer
FWD -5 YEARS AND NEWER - This is for Front wheel drive cars that are that are 5 years or newer .

Filling out Tow Report Sheet
Tow Report Overview
Location- Location of where car is being inspected
VIN- Make sure the VIN number shown is correct
Keys- Are there any keys present with the vehicle?
Doors- How many doors are on the vehicle (disregarding the bootlid/tailgate)
Glass Colour Are the windows clear or tinted?
Wheels Size- What is the size of the wheels? This can be found out by reading the tyre. Eg- They tyre will say 205/55R16, the 16 part tells us that it is a 16 inch wheel, and we note down 16 inch.
Power Locks- Does the vehicle have central locking? ( If unsure, while vehicle is powered up try it.)
Mileage- On the instrument cluster, how many KMS are shown ( may require car to be powered up to check this) see guide below what to do if cant view km from speedo cluster
Transmission Is it an Automatic or a Manual Transmission? If it is a Manual, how many gears does it have? ( you can usually confirm using the Pattern on the gear knob, which will help you find out)
Cruise Control- Does the vehicle have Cruise Control? Usualy one of the stalks on the steering column will have reference to cruise control, if you can not find it there, the the steering wheel may have the related buttons
Radio- Does it have a Radio
Air Con- Is the car equipped with Air Con? If unsure, lookf for an AC Compressor, check the dash for an AC button.
Power Windows- Does the vehicle have power windws? (instead of window winding handles, does it have switches on the door trims/consoile instead.
Mirrors- How are they adjustable?? Are they electric, or do they have to be adjusted manually by hand, or can you change the on the remote.
Air Bags- Is the vehicle equipped with air bags? Usually the steering wheel and the dash will have ‘AIRBAG’ indented into the piece.
Engine Size- What is the engine capacity? If unsure, we make an asterisk *, and make note to look up the engine capacity in ‘find part’ option in pinnacle, and then have a look at the options.
No. of cylinders- How many cylinders does the engine have? A way to tell is the writing on the engine cover, count how many sparkleads/coil packs it has, or how many exhaust manifold ports it has. Or when you looked up the Engine in pinnacle not the cylinders it provides in the description if it is provided.
Fuel- Is it a petrol,diesel, or electric? If unsure uses the engine specs you found on pinnacle, open the fuel flap and look for a label, or look on the engine cover for any identifiers.
Drive- is the vehicle front wheel, rear wheel, or 4 wheel driven? If unsure inspect for a rear diff, front diff, drive shafts, tail shafts etc.
Pwr Steer- Does the vehicle have power steering
ABS- Does the vehicle have ABS equipped? Looks for an ABS pump/module, or look for an ABS light when the ignition is on REDS
Battery- Does the vehicle have a battery
Spare Wheel- Is the car equipped with a spare wheel?
Jack- Is the car fitted with a jack?
Production date- this is the build date, that can found on the build plate in the engine bay, pillar of the front doors.
Tow Notes- This is where we make notes on the engine, and any other issues the vehicle may incur whilst the inspection took place- eg- engine and trans tested,good have video.. Ac not gassed.
