Bid buddy software is support by bid buddy USA and not by pinnacle or enerds at all
So if software issue with bid buddy then we must contact them
if teamviewer or windows or computer issue then we can contact Enerds Sometimes re starting the machine fixes the errors

STEP 1 -
AS BID BUDDY IS USA BASED , MOST OFTEN WE CANT CONTACT THEM IN OUR NORMAL HOURS
SO STEP 1 IS TO TRY TO GET MACHINES RESTARTED TO SEE IF THAT FIXES THE ISSUE
If we have issue still
Confirm that 117 has internet access ( the is main/parent bid buddy machine )
Step 1 - find out if this issue is on all bid buddy logins of just one
If its on just one , try to restart that machine
If its on all , restart 117 machine ( this is main machine ) and see if that resolves the issue
If still issue
Do IMS update and see if that resolves the issue
Note what time it is in texas ,
this is where bid buddy support is located and email and/or call them to ask them to resolve
In the past any issues have been resolved ASAP so most often we have to email them and wait for them to resolve
, so arrange for team to have break while waiting for bid buddy issue to be resolved

Usually these can be resolved with computer restart so contact Sydney office staff and ask them to physically restart the machine
You may have to call the office if they don't promptly respond to email
If teamviwer offline
Email matt,plat,Andrew, operations @ , shipping @ and hira and ask them to restart
While waiting use an alternate computer that is not in use , see team schedule
