This updates the information in the bid buddy system to be the same as the current pinnacle data.
@ SEPTEMBER 2022 - THIS IS DONE AUTOMATICALLY BUT SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO RUND MANUALLY
It should be done from the main bid buddy computer ( currently 117 ) , it only has to be done from the main computer and then when other sessions of bid buddy are renewed thee data is updated
