CANNOT PAY FOR THE ITEM DUE TO POSTAGE NOT SPECIFIED
Customers won't be able to pay for the item they purchased on eBay until we send them the invoice. If you receive a message about that from customer even though you already sent the invoice, customer might have tried paying for the item before you were able to send it.
1. Go to sold view item and look for the item he purchased then on the far right hand click on the drop down menu and select Send Revised Invoice.
2. Make sure that all the details including postage are all correct before clicking on the Send button.
3. Send a message to customer advising that you just resent the invoice that includes postage.

We just resent the invoice that includes the postage cost. You should receive an email about that but if not you can just go to your eBay purchase history and do the checkout from there.
