CUSTOMER PURCHASED ON EBAY BUT PURCHASED OVER THE PHONE
If customer purchased the item on eBay the part should be locked in Pinnacle so no one else can take it.
Sydney sales staff normally forward the calls to eBay extension if they receive a call from the same customer who purchased on eBay.
Please note that we should not cancel the transaction on eBay as that will have a defect rate on our seller ratings.
If you receive a request from Sydney sales staff that the part was sold to customer over the phone and it has already been processed, just mark the item on eBay as solved. Wait for the work order to appear in Pinnacle then just cancel it and refer to the invoice number of the Sydney sales staff created.
