EBAY UNPAID ITEM CASES CLOSING/ARCHIVING FEB 2020

REQUIRES JJ eBay access - ask your manager to have it shared through Last Pass

Every sale that is older than 7 days should have notes that shows the current status of the transaction 

this should be updated every 7 days to reflect last action and current status


STEP 1 : CLOSE UNPAID ITEM CASES

GO TO : MY EBAY - SELLING/SOLD - ORDERS - SEE ALL ORDERS

If after 7 days on the date of the note, we must archive the items to receive stock fee credits


The ENVELOPE SIGN is confirmation that an UNPAID ITEM CASE has been raised


GO TO : MY EBAY - SELLING/SOLD - ORDERS - SEE ALL ORDERS - CASES


Search for the item number - click on TAKE ACTION then RECEIVE FEE CREDIT

Select NO and then CLOSE CASE

You should see CONFIRMATION PAGE


Click CLOSE ANOTHER UNPAID ITEM CASE til all UNPAID ITEM CASES raised in the MANAGE ALL ORDERS PAGE has been closed




STEP 2 : ARCHIVING

MY EBAY - SELLING/SOLD - ORDERS - SEE ALL ORDERS


Archive transactions you can just archive without checking so you’d be left with transactions that require actioning.  These can also be archived even if less than 7days old.


STATUS:

  • CANCELLED

  • REFUNDED

  • DELIVERED

  • READY TO POST W TRACKING #

  • AWAITING PAYMENT W CHECK AND X MARK - MEANS UNPAID CASE IS CLOSED AND IS FOR ARCHIVING 








NOTE: We can only archive in bulk
