When we send a quote on parts check we are simply a sales figure in a box, we need to contact our customers by phone to establish relationships so they decide to choose our parts rather than our opposition 

FOLLOW UP 
--Hi, just calling to check you got the quote  , i had a few repairers saying they had issues and i wasn't sure if it was on our end or with parts check software 

--Hi, just calling as regards quote to confirm you understand re assemblies and how these work 
 
--Hi just calling as we got in 2 other cars and i can now do that part cheaper ... , have you had any other quotes 


While ive got you 
how do you find our service ,what could we do better 
What are some things our opposition does better

Follow up customers at end of day (after 3pm) day of quote if they have yet to place an order.
Do not follow up with customers who have already ordered from other suppliers.
