PDS 10% TRAINING SYSTEM

THIS IS SYSTEM USED WHEN TRAINING FOR PDS 10%


STEP1
Dont even worry about brokered at this stage ,
let trainee review the guide and respond to the inquiry as they think it should be done
once they think inquiry is finished (they dont mark as complete )
they advise trainer by message
i.e inquiry 1256 is compelete

trainee checks their work ,add brokered item as required ,then completes inquiry
if trainee has questions we build the knowledge base

STEP2
once trainee can respond and done 10 inquiries in a row correctly,then we move to brokered
they add items that they think should be brokered

TRAINEE STILL DOESNT COMPELTE AND FINALSIE INQUIRIES AT THIS STAGE
once they think inquiry is finished (they dont mark as complete )
they advise trainer by message
i.e inquiry 1258 is complete

STAGE 3
once 10 done correctly ,trainee will start to compelte the inquiries themselves
at times they will have issues and they will ask trainer for assistance
