Dismantlers /Operations staff -using the work order manager
The work order manager helps the company manage the dismantling flow if items we have sold

we need to effectively communicate and understand
--who is responsible for item at that time (whom is it assigned to )
--what is status of order -(which dept is in it )
--is it on time -(is it showing as overdue on the work order manger )
--what is overall workload .i.e how many items are due ,this helps if we need to reallocate staff to help with area,s ie pick parts for dispatch or sold engines
when operations staff complete item that is allocated to the dismantling dept and move it to the shipping dept they have 3steps to complete
1.change the status on the work order manager -rh click on mouse
2.add a small resolution note so shipping staff know where the item is - rh click on mouse
3.make sure items shipping tag is marked on item so it can be identified
NOTE MAKE SURE NOT TO TICK THE MARK AS COMPLETED !!!
(this is like saying the job is done ,when in fact the shipping guys still have to do their part)
