if we have 2 empty bottles will do new order for 2 gas bottles
If only 1 empty dont worry about re ordering

Go to order tab- TOP LH CORNER
Enter in quantity required
Enter in instructions -please deliver ASAP
After we order we add details to order report -
this way accounts knows that this Bill is OK to pay and other staff know when goods are ordered

He comes in and drops off 2 bottles and picks up empties
any paperwork he gives to us can be put in tray to be scanned to admin@
