OVERVIEW PROCESS OF SELLING ON EBAY
Here is just an overview process of items we are selling on eBay.- We list the part on eBay via Pinnacle
- When item is sold we will get a notification saying "Your eBay item sold!"
- We will send the eBay invoice including invoice unless customer advise that they will pick up.
- Customer pays the item. If its paid via Paypal the item will be marked as paid on eBay automatically. If that's via bank deposit/transfer or credit card over the phone then we will mark the item paid on eBay manually.
- Pinnacle will generate a work order after the item was marked as paid on eBay. Please note that it sometimes take about 30 mins to few hours.
- We update the work order once it becomes available. This is where we put the customer details and set the dispatch date and the courier we will use to send the part to customer.
- Dispatch team will convert the work order once the item has been sent.
- We add the consignment or tracking number on eBay record the next business day after we sent the item out.
- Customer should receive the item in the next few days. The average wait time is 3-4 business days. Please note that this is just an average and customer might receive that earlier or later depends on their location.
