PURCHASING CAR ENTRY -ADDING DETAILS OF CAR PURCHASE INTO CAR REGISTER
Once we enter car into pinnacle our next step is to enter car into the car register ,

we note when we purchase
receive car from tow truck company
reprice
etc
We will add in comments
AUCTION COMPANY i.e PICKLES
LOCATION i.e Tamworth
We will fill in Junked date - this is the auction date
as explained in video
if we do this its much easier to track cars not recieved
can we start from tommorrow

PROCESS -at this stage we will in yellow columns only (when we recieve car later we will fill in green )
COLUMNS-
A-DATE OF PURCHASE -this is the invoice date from auction company
B-PURCHASE FROM-This is auction company and location
C-SUPPLIER INVOICE NUMBER -This is invoice number
D-REGO NUMBER -This is car registration number ,if unknown mark as unknown
E-STOCK # -This is car stock number from pinnacle
F-LOT- This is lot number form auction house
G-YEAR -Car year model
H-MAKE -Car Make i.e mazda
I-MODEL -Car Model I.E commodore
J-Invoice amount this is the invoice amount (without gst ) but including auction fees
K-Suggested Bid pad bid amount -this is from the bid pad -If we didn't make bid for this car then make this column match the invoice amount
L-Projected Sales -This is from bid pad amount
